Regents is currently limited in Fine Arts and Athletics space. The Momentum campaign seeks to build a new gym, a new fine arts space, a new café, parking solutions, and an outdoor gathering space.

Paving the west campus lot (next to the baseball field) will allow for an additional 90-100 paved spaces, increasing our total paved spaces to approximately 350. The newly paved west lot will also provide the foundation for a future multi-level parking garage. We will also be exploring traffic solutions to ease congestion, including a possible right-turn lane onto Southwest Parkway.
